I really don't have a favorite. I love all your exercises.

My favorites are the arm twists, and any of the yoga warrior poses and stretches, for twisting/exercising internal organs and strengthening the core. Also love the C-section ab exercises! You are so motivating and inspiring thank you, Meredith Shirk & Svelte Training

Are you afraid to start things that you might fail at?

I’ve personally found this to be the number one reason why people don’t succeed in achieving their goals. It’s not that someone can’t achieve something, it’s just that many people won’t even start, because they’re too afraid to fail.

The video that I posted here is a time-lapse. I set my video equipment up and pressed record… I did NOT want to record a time-lapse. I just wanted to record a simple #exercise routine , but I ended up completely wasting my time videoing this #workout .

I need lower tummy workouts. I have excess skin that pouches out makes me sososos mad. I work so hard but wont go away.

How fun! Love that she came to visit the video. I really like the ease of all the exercises- something I can do at work when I take a break!

You never seize to amaze me Meredith Shirk & Svelte Training. I just finished doing your 5 No-weight Exercises that target my stubborn, unwanted, unattractive, unnecessary, undesireable...etc.,.etc.,etc.....lower belly fat. Just love this program. I am on a personal mission to rid myself of this belly fat and get myself into great shape. You are a wonderful inspiration and motivation in this quest. I just love your positivity and dedication. I dis 3 rounds im so sick of my loose skin belly pooch. I have worked on ot for years. Only thing that bothers me. I feel fat even though im not and i know its skin and not much i can do.
