Here the problem is Belly fat. Very difficult to diminish and those flubby arms. The motivation to change this is here, now the practice. Thanxxx

10 advanced, 10 intermediate. I almost found the intermediate to be harder.

Done. Not nice form or fast I'll work in that

10. Wow! Love the brief, but challenging idea.

10 easies! Healing up from an injured rib, so no jumping for me - but the "easies" are perfect!
