I've talked to my eldest daughter so far, just waiting on the other two to call! My Mother's Day gift to me is some more yard work with the sun shining down!! Just the fact that the sun is finally making his appearance is gift enough!! I'm on my own today as my hunny bunny is at work for another 10 days up north in Nunavut, we'll talk tonight, and he sent me wishes at 6:00am just as I was rising!!)0(

For last few years I haven't been attending fitness classes (and the group energy was what would motivate me). I'm trying to figure out how to self motivate at home. I love the way you connect with us on FB, and I even have your One and Done program. But darn it, I'm still not working out with you! I take daily walks at my local lake, which is incredible. And I want a daily fitness hour (I call it) at home. So I'm doing some inner work practice to find the big why so I can work out at home!

Hello Meredith. I first learned about you today when your video popped up on my Facebook. It was a 30 minute video about how a woman lost 37 lbs by doing a 7 minute work out. I didn’t get to watch it all the way and now I can’t find it. Can you help please. I’m really interested! Thank you! Thank you! I suffer from fibromyalgia and find it difficult to get down on the floor, Nevermind getting up. I’d miss the entire workout if I got down so I extra modify the workout. Literally just joined two days ago. So happy to see a sit down workout. Again, thank you!!
