I want to not be reading on my cell all day, I NEED TO PUT THIS DAMN THING DOWN

I want to stick with my exercise commitment for more than a week at a time.

Ok this is big for me divulge. Rid the Fear of the unknown & embrace it all 😮

To push my exercise to the next level. I'm walking now and need to exercise standing up. Scared I'll fall and I cant get up. No feeling in legs or arms. Trust in myself and stop letting fear hold me back!

Want to get back into exercise but after 18 months of different injuries pretty nervous. Each time I have tried I've pulled muscles 😞

I want the discipline of spending time each day for self-care and exercise.

I would like more patience with my body as it heals. If I push any exercise or new movement my muscles hammer me, got to go slower

I want to walk, workout and function without feeling pain to my one foot. The pain is isolated in the heel only. It started randomly in the summer and it has slowed me right down!

Why wait for tomorrow when today is right here! The faster you begin, the faster you will be fit, after all, you deserve to be the best you, NOW!!)0(

Try to figure out why Iam not hungry any one else have this problem only hungry at night
