Low impact high intensity workout you can do in UNDER 3-minutes... doctor approved (see below πŸ‘πŸ‘)!

So I was shooting some workouts for you guys on the beach the other day and I happened to be joined by a doctor walking down the beach!

He was super excited to join me, so I figured we might as well get a workout in together πŸ’₯

Just reminds me that it’s super important that you lead by example…

... So think who do you know that you want to influence today to get moving!

I kept up! I only had to modify how low I went down, ad I have no feeling in my legs. I felt balanced and my heart is still pumping hard. Thank you. I can do this!

Love this - I need this everyday - when doing the second exercise will you feel it in the knees at all? Not pain just awareness of knee bending?

had family over so until now I was able to do it.. feels good!!

What's Your Monday Mindset?

SOOOO many people ask me: "How do I stay motivated?"

My answer is simple... Think about the situation you are in right now-

Get detailed. How do you feel about your weight or your health or your energy...

Now think about what you want to achieve. Close your eyes and imagine yourself there...

What does it feel like?
What are you wearing?
What are you doing?

Now open your eyes... How motivated are you to get away from the feeling you have about your situation right now?

Every time you want to quit... Think about how you feel when doing nothing at all...

Is your journey going to be easy?
NO

Is it going to be worth it?
YES!!!!

I invite you to post ONE goal you want to achieve this week...

I will go first!

I want to get at least 7 hours of sleep each night this week!

Exercise everyday, today was weights, tomorrow just walk 3 miles. Weight isn’t much of a problem 5’2 and weigh 115.

Go for a run 3 times this week.

I would love to get motivated

Concentrate on keeping my core activated. No dairy, no sugar , no wheat

Definitely uninterrupted sleep for me and 6 hours would be nice!

Would love to lose the fat and mummy tummy

To do Yoga πŸ§˜πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ ever day this week πŸ‘ŠπŸ½

Lose weight. I have cut back on the amount I eat. No sugar. Keep making better choices on food.

I agree...I need to go to bed and get a good nights sleep.

I like to do my workouts at night, either a walk at home video on Youtube or low impact one. But to do them every night this week.

I want to walk thirty minutes every day.
