10 advanced, 10 intermediate. I almost found the intermediate to be harder.

Done. Not nice form or fast I'll work in that

Not easy for me, but I did it ... the easy version!

I did 10 beginner,but could only do 4 pushups. I don't think I got my legs out as far. At least I tried.

10 easies! Healing up from an injured rib, so no jumping for me - but the "easies" are perfect!

I’ve been doing one and done daily!πŸ’–thank you! I did 10 advanced!

at work right now, but going for the advanced when I get home

Not be tired all day everyday!

Do a push up correctly! :/

Relax and Rid the Anxiety 😐

Go through my day without having to think about zipping my rib cage and sucking my stomach in. All day long I hear you in my head saying β€œmake everything an abs workout”. So as I sit at my desk working I am zipping and sucking in and making data entry and answering the phone an abs workout!!

I would like to be able to walk every day and not to eat sweet food at all. and to get rid of my 'heel spur', so I can do all the exercise without restriction !!

Bed by 9pm

Get energy and get rid of body pain and to be able to exercise a lot to ask for brside the 16 kilos i want to lose lol

Finish the week feeling positive and successful having accomplished some quality training in my swimming endeavors, which include some newly learned stretching techniques, both before and after the pool. πŸ™‚

Feeling positive after completing my training this weekπŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈ

Get my house cleaned and ready for my party on the 20th

Be the happiest and feel good about my body

Be able to do full press ups ! Pesky shoulder πŸ€ͺ

I did it already. I enrolled in an Aqua Spin class that starts September 13th. First time for this fitness class for me.

Exercise everyday this week even if it is just a walk.

Not have a sore neck

Get my pool cleaned. All this rain... feel like I'm going in circles! I do turn it into a workout.

Sticking to clean and lean eating!

Breath ahhhhhh 😍

Discipline!

Loose weight

Have more energy.and balance out when to eat or what snacks to have..we run a dog kennel an we are so busy it is hard to take a break at regular times so we grab what we can and eat whatever trying to eat healthy but sometimes a granola bar is it or two before we sit down at night...suggestions would be good

Reduce belly fat!!! It seems to be near impossible, no matter how much I watch my carb intake or how much cardio, strength training and HIIT I do. Ugh!!!😑πŸ˜ͺ
