Love these workouts! I'm going through some physical issues that prevent me from doing cardio so I greatly appreciate the variety in your exercises.

NUTRITION question - I LOVE your egg breakfast recipes... I am probably eating 10 eggs a week... is that too much?

NUTRITION Question.....I successfully completed my 10 day green smoothie detox!!!!!! If I want to continue to use this as my daily model, how do I incorporate a regular meal, like one from your planner? What time of day? Or does it matter when?
