Always see you in no shoes, can this be done in shoes or is it easier without??

This was a great workout, thank-you! I have a couple of questions about a wheezing sound the I get when turning from side to side; as well as my right shoulder cracking when I lift my right arm towards the end- no pain but wondered if that is common and OK to continue
