Let’s take it a step further, it’s an activity now, I just had this discussion as well, people get bored and they go out for coffee etc, it’s never just coffee.

Things to think about when we eat good thoughts

Eat to live instead of living to eat!

How do you change the mindset.?

A HUGE way I stay fit and active is by utilizing times during the day where I can elevate my heart rate!

This push up and mountain climber combo is a great way to activate your muscles while still being present with your family πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§

Fantastic!

Cool ...need to do those ! I lost to much weight in the gym and lost muscle ! So I think that’s why the muscle in my shoulders hurt so much !

At the playground πŸ˜™πŸ˜š

Thank you for this. I wish it was breezy here. Still so darn hot and humid. I especially liked learning about making sure how to do pushup to work different areas, triceps, chest etc.. You are always so helpful.

Thanks for this. I can’t do proper mountain climbers but I think this is doable.
