Go through my day without having to think about zipping my rib cage and sucking my stomach in. All day long I hear you in my head saying “make everything an abs workout”. So as I sit at my desk working I am zipping and sucking in and making data entry and answering the phone an abs workout!!

Finish the week feeling positive and successful having accomplished some quality training in my swimming endeavors, which include some newly learned stretching techniques, both before and after the pool. 🙂

I did it already. I enrolled in an Aqua Spin class that starts September 13th. First time for this fitness class for me.

I would like to be able to walk every day and not to eat sweet food at all. and to get rid of my 'heel spur', so I can do all the exercise without restriction !!

Get my pool cleaned. All this rain... feel like I'm going in circles! I do turn it into a workout.

Get my house cleaned and ready for my party on the 20th

Feeling positive after completing my training this week💪🏽🏋🏼‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Not be tired all day everyday!

Not have a sore neck

Breath ahhhhhh 😍

Bed by 9pm

Relax and Rid the Anxiety 😐

Oh my god I love it but my 2&half year old kept jumping on my back😯

you keep sending me emails thanking me for what I have purchase, I havent bought anything, I have email you send you messages and nothing gets answer.this is the only way I have left to get your attention.

I’m doing planks twice a day for 30 days hope I see some results

I usually hold a full plank for 15 - 20 seconds then up to a minute on knees. I never thought of alternating every few seconds though.

Thank you...was really scared to hurt my back but this just the thing I needed! Would love a hat BTW...how do we order one.
