Could you do some good exercises for seniors? Arms would be great since now they sag. I do your arm circles & flutters as I call them. Do you have any great belly & thigh? I think your great.

Audio is cutting in and out, so I'm missing a lot of what you are saying to us.

Missed parts because sound was cutting out

We lost your voice through your description

Missing so much with the sounds quitting on and off

Audio keeps cutting out can't hear what your saying 😕

Yeah, I have the same problem with the sound cutting in and out

I know this is redundant but sound cut out a lot on this
