Where do I join and how much does it cost please?

That's awesome. I love the short targeting workouts with Svelte!

I really need to do something for me and to be a positive role model for my kids πŸ™

The food part is what I’m troubled with. What to eat and when to eat. I work and am a single mom with 2 kids and on the go hard to have time to sit down and really plan and cook.

Am I understanding this post correctly? She's claiming she lost 39.5 lbs. in just 3 weeks??? If that's even possible, it can't be healthy!

Can you think of that feeling of discomfort in your lower back?

You can't relieve it sitting down, lying down, or even standing up 😫

Sometimes you can take a walk or stretch beside your desk but still you truly never feel relief.

2 things will help with this uncomfortable scenario...

1. Stretching Routines πŸ€ΈπŸ»β€β™€οΈ

A quick stretch next to your desk relieves some pain in the moment but is not enough to make a significant difference over time. You must create a flow of a few different combinations of static stretches and movements to work through the muscles and joints.

2. Consistency πŸ“†

You absolutely have to go through these flows and movements daily! Just like a marathon runner trains daily or a weight lifter lifts daily to see and feel their progress towards their goal.. you have to do the same with stretching.

ESPECIALLY when you are growing a small human inside your body! πŸ˜‚πŸ€°

Who is going to make stretching apart of their daily routine?! Let's hold each other accountable down below! πŸ‘‡

I mean I have a brand new stretch flow on Youtube.. so there is no excuse!

Good morning,Mere !!! Such wonderful advise . Would you know of a relief stretch for when one gets that sudden pinched nerve pain on the side of neck and upper shoulder blade (the crazy one where you β€œout of the blue”cant turn your head left or right without searing pain ). Im traveling and woke up this way this morning 😬 Ouch ! Otherwise doing my one and dones (so easy to take on the road) !! ❀️

U R Amazing, gifted and generous...sharing with all of us, thank you! Discovered you just b4 my foot surgery on , can’t wait to get back at it😘

I am going to try this!
