What Avocados Do To Your Body

Here’s a simple trick you can do to flatten your belly and feel leaner in just days from now…

And it’s so simple, you’ll probably think I’m nuts but it really does work, so here it is…

Replace the grains you eat every day with healthy fats.

See, the media has brainwashed us into thinking most grains are “heart healthy” or part of an “all-natural diet” whatever that means…

But the truth is, 99% of them are processed down to the point where they don’t contain any real nutritional value…And foods like whole wheat bread, granola, and even whole wheat pasta only add inches to your waistline and never keep you full…

Which leads to more eating, more calories, and a vicious cycle that’s hard to break.

So what I want you to do is remove the grains from your diet and add in more healthy fats. And I know it can be scary eating more fat, because we’ve been led to believe that it’s bad for you; however…

That’s totally NOT true!

Healthy fats keep you full longer, kill your cravings, and SPEED UP your fat-burning on a daily basis.

So start adding these foods in on a daily basis:

  • Avocado

  • Coconut oil

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • MCT oil

  • Grass fed butter

  • Raw almonds and walnuts


And there’s a bunch of healthy fats in foods like eggs and grass-fed meat.

What I usually do is cook a bunch of veggies in coconut oil or grass-fed butter and they taste amazing 🙂

Alright, I don’t want to overcomplicate this, so start removing the grains and adding in more healthy fats to your diet and you’ll see a BIG difference in how you look and feel as soon as tomorrow.
